GENERAL:

1. If you place an electronic order via the website you are using, you are considered to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

3. Shipping expenses for the product will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specified order characteristics and, if any, with warranty certificate, user manual, and similar documents.

6. In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days after becoming aware of this situation. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

7. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:

8. If it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the buyer after delivery was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days with shipping costs borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

9. If force majeure events not foreseen by the seller occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or delay of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, cash payments will be refunded within 14 days in cash. If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be returned to the bank within 14 days but may take 2-3 weeks to be credited to the buyer’s account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

10. The buyer must inspect the goods/services before receiving them; will not accept damaged or defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, or torn packaging from the shipping company. Delivered goods/services will be accepted as undamaged. The buyer is responsible to keep the goods/services carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The product must be returned along with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11. The buyer may, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to the buyer or the person/organization at the indicated address, inform the seller via the contact details below and exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the product without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason.

13. If the purchase is for a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract was signed. Withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where the consumer’s consent was given before the end of the withdrawal period and the service was started. Withdrawal information is provided in Distance Contracts and Cancellation Conditions, and the buyer orders knowing the withdrawal conditions.

14. Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

15. To exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days, the buyer must notify the seller by registered mail with return receipt, fax, email, or a method specified by the seller in writing or relevant method, and the product must be unused within the scope of the "Products That Cannot Be Withdrawn" provisions of this contract.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

16. The invoice of the product delivered to a third party or the buyer (if the invoice for the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders with invoices issued to institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

17. Return form, product box, packaging, and if any, standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

18. The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and documents that put the buyer under obligation within 10 days at the latest from receipt of the withdrawal notification and to receive the goods within 20 days.

19. If the product’s value decreases or return becomes impossible due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer is liable to compensate the seller for losses proportional to the fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or damages resulting from proper use within the withdrawal period.

20. If the use of the right of withdrawal reduces the campaign limit amount set by the seller, the discount used under the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE WITHDRAWN:

21. Products prepared upon buyer’s request or explicit personal needs and not returnable, underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup, disposable products, goods likely to perish quickly or expire, products whose packaging is opened after delivery unsuitable for health and hygiene, products mixed with others after delivery and impossible to separate by nature, goods related to newspapers or magazines excluding subscription services, intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic environment or audio/video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables whose packaging is opened by buyer cannot be returned as per regulation. Also, withdrawal cannot be exercised for services started with consumer approval before withdrawal period ends.

22. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software/programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must not have been opened, tried, spoiled or used for return eligibility.

23. According to the distance sales regulation, products that cannot be withdrawn include:

• Contracts for goods prepared according to consumer’s requests or personal needs.

• Contracts for delivery of goods that are perishable or may expire quickly.

• Contracts for goods whose protective seals like packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, making returns unsuitable for health and hygiene.

• Contracts for goods that are mixed with others after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.

• Contracts related to books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in material form if protective seals opened after delivery.

• Contracts for accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, or leisure activities to be performed at a certain time or period.

• Contracts for services performed immediately in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

24. If the buyer pays by credit card and defaults on payment, they declare and undertake to pay interest per the credit card agreement with the card issuing bank and be liable to the bank. The bank may initiate legal actions; costs and attorney fees may be claimed from the buyer. In any case of default, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for losses due to delayed payment.
